Seven Dysfunctions of the Family 

(Genesis 12:1-3) “The LORD had said to Abram, "Leave your country, your people and your father's household and go to the land I will show you. I will make you into a great nation and I will bless you; I will make your name great, and you will be a blessing. I will bless those who bless you, and whoever curses you I will curse; and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you.” 

 Discord.

 Favoritism. 

 Hatred.

 Jealousy. 

 Suspicion.

  Division. 

 Murder.

Unstoppable Family 


(Galatians 3:29) “If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.” 

1. Go back to the Word of God. 

(Psalm 109:105) “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light for my path.” 

2. Trust God through the good and the bad.

 (Job 1:21) “Naked came I out of my mother's womb, and naked shall I return thither: the LORD gave, and the LORD hath taken away; blessed be the name of the LORD.” 

3. Maintain character and integrity.
 
(Psalm 25:21 NLV) “May integrity and honesty protect me, for I put my hope in you.” 

4. Believe that God wants great things. 

5. Donʼt think youʼre the only one. 

6. Remember the people of God. 

7. Instill a sense of purpose and calling. 

(Psalm 145:4) “One generation shall praise Your works to another, And shall declare Your mighty acts.” One Prayer Lord, start a new work in my family

  The Gospel of Our Creation Psalm 100:3 Know that the LORD he is God: it is he that has made us, and not we; we are his people and the sheep of his pasture.… It is he that hath made us, and not we. This declaration was held to be a gospel. It occurs in a psalm that may well be regarded as a universal psalm. It is not for Jesus only, but for "all people that on earth do dwell." And amongst the reasons wherefore it calls on all to be joyful in the Lord, there is this one - that "it is he that hath made us," etc.   I. NOW, WE CANNOT CONCEIVE OF GOD AS ACTING WITHOUT MOTIVE.   Moving Forward Moving Forward to Destiny   Philippians 3:13 13 Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,   14  I  press toward the mark for the prize of God's high calling in Christ Jesus. Like the runner who will lose the prize if he mistakes any point short of the goal for the end or if he wastes his time looking back on the course traversed, the Christian must press forward with his face towards Christ, unresting until the great race is won.   I. WE MUST NOT CONSIDER ANY PRESENT ATTAINMENT SUFFICIENT,  St, Paul was no novice when he wrote this Epistle. An old man, rich and ripe in many graces, far and away beyond the experience of most Christians, he still felt that he had not reached the great end of his efforts. How much less can inferior Christians allow themselves to be satisfied with what they have as yet acquired!...
